Kids Combat Sambo Technical Competition Rules (Ages 7-12)
The competition is held under semi-contact rules with full control of strike power.
Punches and kicks to the head are strictly prohibited.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS
Section D – Cooperation with Commission and Department Representatives at Events
1. Obligation to Cooperate
All representatives, employees, officials, or volunteers of Combat Sambo League shall fully cooperate with any reasonable request made by any duly authorized representative, employee, or official of the Florida Athletic Commission or the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) at any sanctioned amateur event.
2. Scope of Cooperation
Cooperation shall include, but not be limited to:
- providing information, access, or assistance necessary for proper regulation,
- allowing inspection of facilities, equipment, or documentation,
- following safety or compliance directives issued by Commission or Department personnel.
3. Professional Conduct
All organizational personnel are required to maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with Commission or Department officials.
4. Enforcement
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary measures by Combat Sambo League, up to and including removal from the event, termination of duties, and referral to the Commission for additional sanctions.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
Section E – Self-Reporting of Violations
1. Duty to Report
Combat Sambo League shall promptly self-report to the Florida Athletic Commission any violations of the League’s standards, rules, or regulations that occur during, or arise out of, any sanctioned amateur event held in the State of Florida.
2. Reporting Timeline
Such reports shall be submitted in writing to the Commission within five (5) business days
of the violation being discovered.
3. Content of Report
The report shall include:
- a description of the violation,
- names of the individuals or entities involved,
- date, time, and location of the incident,
- corrective or disciplinary actions taken by Combat Sambo League.
4. Cooperation with the Commission
Combat Sambo League shall fully cooperate with the Florida Athletic Commission in its review, investigation, or disciplinary proceedings arising out of such reported violation.
5. Recordkeeping
All reports and supporting documentation shall be retained in the official records of Combat Sambo League for a period of not less than three (3) years and shall be made available to the Commission upon request.
